Where is the scooter produced?
Astreea One is produced in an ultramodern factory in the European Union that produces components for the aerospace industry (Boeing, Airbus, Rolls Royce). Astreea One is a product that uses the same technologies used for high precision products.
The batteries are Samsung made.
How can I pay for the scooter?
You can pay Astreea One using a bank card or, directly, through the Apple Pay application (if it has an integrated bank card and if you use Apple operating systems).
How is it delivered?
After payment confirmation, the product will be delivered to you.
The cost of delivery is free if the delivery period is 7-15 days or 290 Euro if immediate delivery is desired. (1-2 working days). The cost is for delivery in the European Union. For other countries, please write to us at contact@astreeaone.fr.
What are the guarantees received?
Astreea One benefits from a standard 1-year warranty for functionality, for all components. Any part will be changed free of charge if it breaks down during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover accidents, impacts, improper use, use of the scooter in water. For an extended warranty that also covers the above, you can choose Astreea Care, a service that provides you with an extended warranty for the amount of 799 Euros, a warranty that fully covers the scooter (including accidents, but not theft), for a period of 2 years. In case of accident, impact, improper use, the components will be changed free of charge within a maximum of 20 working days inside Astreea Care.
For a full warranty, which also covers theft, you can choose Astreea Care Plus option, the cost of the warranty being 1499 Euros for a period of 2 years.
Through Astreea Care Plus, in case of total damage or theft, you will receive another scooter within a maximum of 7 working days.
How was Astreea One tested, being a new product?
Astreea One is the result of 7 years of research in the field of electric mobility. Before Astreea One launch, three prototypes were made and tested both by specialists and by participants at professional fairs (Comotion Los Angeles), some prototypes being awarded at the Red Dot Award Singapore with the gold prize. The product you are buying has been tested by experts in the motorcycle field, being a safe and certified product for intensive use. Check the directives at the bottom of the web page.
Can I return the product?
Any new and unused Astreea One scooter purchased from Astreea One shop can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 15-days warranty of delivery date. 15% Restocking Fees will apply, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Products being returned must meet the following conditions:
1. The products have not been used and arrive intact.
2. The return request is sent to us within 14 days of receipt via support@astreeaone.fr
3. The products are in their original packaging and are delivered to us with a return shipping label (provided by Astreea One shop after confirming the return request).
Please be aware that products returned to Astreea One shop without the provided return shipping label will be rejected at the customer's cost.
For confirmed return requests, Astreea One shop will issue a refund as soon as the returned products are received. All refunds that are issued by Astreea One shop will be credited back to the original payment method used on your purchase. Please note that depending on your bank's processing time that it could take additional business days for this to be reflected in your account.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) over the 15% restocking fee:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item already used (scratches, paint defects, signs of improper use of the scooter)
In these situations, Astreea One will evaluate the repairing costs and it will be retained from the initial purchase amount, over the 15% restocking fee.
Note:
Any products being returned for non-defective reasons will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the resulting shipping cost, duties, or tariffs will be at the customer's cost.
For defective reasons (due to our error), Astreea One will replace for free the defective parts. The 1-year Astreea standard Warranty means that you get free replacement for defective parts excluding the situations not covered by the standard warranty. The standard warranty does not cover accidents, impacts, improper use, use of the scooter in water. For these situations you can choose our Astreea Care programs.

° Astreea One is an electric scooter developed entirely in the European Union, in a factory that manufactures components for the global aerospace industry. After 7 years of research in electric mobility, tests, specialized consulting, three prototyping sessions since 2017 and participation in important fairs such as Comotion Los Angeles, we shaped the final product resulting in Astreea One.
The Astreea One frame is made of 6063T66 aluminum, which we use for aircraft components made for major brands in the aerospace industry. The body is carbon fiber made, the same technology used in the high-performance car sector. Even the 7 layer of applied paint is high-performance sports cars painting technology level.
° The product was launched in Monte Carlo during Monaco Yacht Show in 2022 and, even though it is a lifestyle product (it does not require a driver's license), it was tested by professionals in the motorcycle industry, with recommendations that led to considerable improvements.
